Jan 20: 19.00 LHR. Flew to Nairobi with Richard Brunton.

Jan 21-22: East Africa key Leaders Conference at YMCA. 25 leaders from Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya gathered. Richard went through a 6 lesson course on discipleship. I spoke on 'Water Baptism', collected and distributed 105 Bibles, spoke with Kismu and Nairobi pastors about this year's trips. Wednesday eve. Richard left for Arusha, Tanzania.

Jan 23: Taught at Pastors conference in Dandora (a slum areas of Nairobi). 47 registered and I spoke 4 times on (1). Vision for 2003 (2) A holy Nation - 1 Peter 2 (3) The Church (4) Matt. 18 If your brother sins… After I had a meeting with 5 organising pastors and then visited Pastor John Odeiro's home and discussed future plans and gave him money for an NIV Thompson Chain Reference Study Bible.

Jan 24: Flew to Kisumu, arriving at 11am. Spoke at Pastors Seminar Day 1 held at Pastors James Osare's church. Spoke on 1) Faith and 2) Repentance. At 3.30pm I spoke on Psalm 37 to some other leaders and the ¾hr walk to Crusade at Umbungo. Preached salvation and around 15 responded. After I was told the owner of the building the church there rents was so touched by God he said from now on they could have the building rent free!

We walked back to Osare's complex and I spoke to more leaders on 'Retaining and releasing sin'. At 10 we left by pick-up to hill meeting where many gathered from many churches in a large house. After a meal I went in to teach (spoke on 'A Holy Nation') and meeting finished at 1.30am! They had such a good time they agreed to meet again the following night. I got back to the hotel at 2.10!

Jan 25: After bicycle taxi to Osare's place and completed the Pastors Seminar, speaking on 3) Water baptism, 4) Baptism in the Holy Spirit and 5) Discipleship. An excellent time with around 40 pastors.

After a 3pm lunch we walked to Crusade and had an another great time with many responding for ministry. (Spoke on The Cross). After walking back we waited for the pickup and then went to Hill meeting. Began to teach at 11.30 and finished at 1.0am, speaking on 'The Church'. A very powerful time. Returned to hotel at 2am.

Jan 26: Spoke on 'Faith' at morning Service at Osare's church and the had various meetings with leaders of different ministries - they had various questions and requests for me. I served the orphans lunch and then visited their small holding where they grow fruit and veg. before walking to the airport to catch the plane to Nairobi at 18.30. Met Richard at Nairobi airport and flew home at 23.40.

Jan 27: Arrived LHR at 5.45am.
