THANK YOU FOR PRAYING. This report is a brief synopsis of the recent trip before we take a family holiday.
Bernard Lord is compiling a fuller report which will be available later, and Anton Green's support at Mperewe was so
helpful.
I thank GOD for both these brothers and their tremendous support.
Our son Philip thoroughly enjoyed himself, and his report will be available later.
Also, special thanks to Nicholas and Peter Kasozi for their tireless efforts to make things happen.

KENYA/NAIROBI PASTORS' CONFERENCE
We saw 60+ pastors attend, which was encouraging considering power cuts and water rationing in the city.
This means that working days vary, so it is an extra effort and sacrifice for pastors to come.
Remember the vast majority LIVING HOPE MINISTRIES reaches are having to work, as well as pastor their churches, to meet
their needs.
BURU BURU CRUSADE
LIVING HOPE MINISTRIES sponsored the crusade, and Bishop Stephen started it before we came and continued after we left.
During the 3 days we saw about 15 people profess faith in Christ, and overall Bishop Stephen reports that 60 professed faith in Christ.
This was well organised and well publicised.
SIAYA
The day out to Siaya was very full.
It was a long journey deep into west of Kenya, and amazingly 60 people gathered to hear the Word.
Many spoke very encouragingly of how they valued a seminar in such remote parts, and again one can understand why people do not venture out here.
A broken accelerator cable and the smoke of burning brake fluid all added to an eventful day.
UGANDA/BUSHYINEE
This was a very exciting few days as we travelled for over 6 hours into Western Uganda.
There was a lot of uncertainty in the air as we arrived to find the venue had been changed at the last minute and the authorities, though supportive, were very worried that any large gathering could induce disorder and trouble.
They were concerned that reactions to the cult could overspill into genuine meetings.
Praise God we gathered 600 people representing 52 churches.
Many were leaders, but we did not register in detail as such a number would swamp our already full mailing list.
The needs among the people, leaders and congregation alike are great.
Several had lost their entire families through one thing or another.
UGANDA/MPEREWE CONFERENCE
This was very encouraging.
We saw numbers rise from 285 last year to 380 this year.
The response to the teaching was very enthusiastic.
The leaders appreciated the practical teaching as well as doctrinal.
It was great to see one lad saved.
It was also good to hear Pastor Paddy, Pastor Solomon and Pastor Christopher Bala preach.
KAMPALA ONE DAY CONFERENCE
This went well, with a few leaders attending and it was a relaxing end to a very busy trip.
MEDIA
Good contact was made with Family TV Kenya, Lighthouse TV and Top Radio.
God bless you, and thank you for praying.
This trip I feel perhaps had greater impact on large numbers of people then previous trips.
It is never easy to write down all the challenges we face in a mission, but be assured there are plenty.
However, we thank the Lord Jesus, and it is a real privilege to serve Him.
Praise the Lord!
