Verse of the Day
1 Corinthians 1:10
“[A Church Divided Over Leaders] I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.” Brought to you by BibleGateway.com. It is exciting to report very encouraging ministry opportunities in New Zealand.
Dave and Claire Richards have agreed to co-ordinate our new found links there and will seek to establish other links as God leads. They attend a lively Salvation Army corp in Tawa. Dave and Claire are good friends and have worked with us over the years in other settings. Now in New Zealand, they write, "we have had some good feedback from the Tuesday meeting in Jonsonville. One lady has rung me up and wants to meet for coffee to discuss Living Hope Ministries. We will look into having a prayer meeting at the beginning of the month to pray for Living Hope and will be gradually following up interested contacts. Our Corps officers Dave and Judith have asked us at some stage to write an article for the church magazine about our responsibilities with Living Hope".
In Warkworth we have more special friends John and Delyse Oxford. These friends have stood with us for over 35 years They will keep the Ablaze Church in Warkworth well informed about LHM and Dave and Claire will keep in touch with them.
Praise God for every door He opens. |

Greetings from New Zealand
We held our first official "Living Hope" evening in our home. Dave gave a report on our trip to Romania and showed a slide show which included photos of our ministry among the Gypsy churches. We then spent some time in prayer for those representing Living hope Ministries world wide. We also prayed for our proposed trip to Malawi next June. Richard contacted us by Skype at the end of the evening. Many others including John and Delyse in Warkworth were praying in support of the evening. So thank you to all involved.
God Bless
Dave and Claire |
